The Foundy Way

We do things differently

We realized that physical activity could be unpleasant and very intimidating; our goal is to break down those walls and offer an alternative to the corporate gyms and ego-based gyms. Furthermore, our goal is to promote a (healthy) positive work environment that will be embraced by our clientele and translate into a healthier lifestyle.

Our programs incorporate high-intensity interval training with recess like games which allows the brain to be stimulated (or preoccupied) positively while pushing the body to its breaking point. We named this H.I.I.P. or High Intensity Interval Playing. Our energy is very open and laid back, but our workouts are very intense and get the job done. Workouts change daily and actually vary from trainer to trainer, and class to class.
